Very Proud of Daniel Bates, who this week collected a distinction in his exam results for his written, oral and practical examinations and passes through his Engineering apprenticeship with flying colours.

This is testament to his dedication, perseverance and hardwork, Well Done Dan.

Thanks to Mark Sanderson, Andy Nicholls, Pawel Wolf and Ben Glover-Poole and all of the engineering team who supported Daniel through this last 3 years.

Pictured here with Mark Coome and Wayne Shipley, who kept his nerves steady and his confidence high during the past few months as he reached crunch time.

Massive thank you also to Stephen Cotton at Heta Engineering for helping Daniel through.

Dan is our 3rd Next Generation Multi Skilled Engineer who studied and learnt with us whilst also working and gaining the valuable practical experience. We already have 4 more on the Skymark conveyor belt and can’t wait to share their success in the coming years.

What is Engineering?

Engineering is the application of science and maths to design, build, and maintain machinery, structures, and other items we use in our day to day lives. If you enjoy being hands on and you’re looking for a career with prospects, Engineering may be the perfect path for you.

Open to all ages, the apprenticeship programme is widely regarded as the best way to enter the industry, offering an accredited qualification, valuable work experience, and an opportunity to show your worth to an established company.

HETA has a long-term track record of successfully training apprentices in the Humber region, setting the foundations for thousands of prosperous careers in engineering & manufacturing across the globe. The reason we’ve survived and thrived for so long is because we put your education first, utilising only the best instructors, facilities, teaching methods, and equipment to ensure you have the greatest chance of success.
