Plastic recycling has an important part to play in reducing carbon dioxide gas emissions, according to a study funded by WRAP. A review of life cycle analysis has concluded that recycling plastics saves about 1.5 to 2 tonnes of carbon dioxide per tonne of plastic recycled, when compared to alternatives of landfill and incineration with energy recovery.

NEW NGR Guillotine

Our most recent investment has proved to be priceless. Up till now the NGR operators had to manual strip polythene of cores in order to feed the NGR machine taking up valued resource and time to keep up with the 600kgs/hr output line, now with this new guillotine the operators were able to strip 3000kgs of film within half an hour which feed the line for 6 hours!!.

We are now able to increase our output from 220,000kgs per month to 350,000kgs per month!
