Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Ilkeston
Salary: £ competitive, dependant on (relevant) experience.

Working Pattern: 08:30 – 17:15, Monday – Friday core hours
Employment Status: The position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent role after an initial 3 month trial period.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing management of key sales accounts within Skymark’s portfolio of clients.
Duties will include processing customer orders and passing them to production planning, liaising with key customers regarding their call offs, consignment stocks and expectations and monitoring the order development / progress to ensure deadlines are achieved - communicating this, as necessary, both internally and with our customers.
The role will include administrative duties such as producing sales correspondence, answering customer queries on the telephone or passing them onto senior sales staff, taking messages on behalf of senior sales staff, typing letters, faxes and quotes for senior sales staff, assisting in visiting customer’s hospitality and other general sales office administration.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Suitable applicants for these positions will meet the following criteria:
- Previously worked in a customer service & sales environment.
- Have a good standard of IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- A proven experience in Key account management particularly with Partnership and synergistic accounts.
- Be able to clearly demonstrate their understanding in all aspects of the sales process.
- An understanding of office practices and procedures.
- Experience with regard to marketing products and services.
- Experience in customer account management.
- Dealing with orders and call offs by collating and managing the information from other departments.
- Knowledge of working to the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Have excellent numeracy skills.
