Job Title: Print Assistant - Scunthorpe
Salary: £14,500.00 Payment Period: Monthly
Hours per week: 42hrs - Shifts
JOB DESCRIPTION
This permanent, full time role involves aiding the printer on your 12 hour shift in the efficient operation of our Flexographic printing presses. Prior knowledge of the industry would be an advantage but is not essential, as full on the job training will be given. There is also the opportunity to undertake nationally recognised training as your knowledge of the role and industry increases.

Suitable applicants for these positions will meet the following criteria:
- The ability to undergo intensive in-house training and learn many new skills.
- Capable of working within a team.
- The capacity to work conscientiously and to set procedures.
- The intent to join a company which offers a permanent position with long term prospects.
- Methodical approach to new tasks
- Mechanical aptitude
- Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions
- Potential to undergo intensive, initial training
- Reliable
- Have previously worked 12 hour day and night shifts.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Ideally you will also have the following experience:
- Shift work in a factory or similar environment, including night shifts.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9002 procedures.
- Previous print knowledge would also be an advantage.
