SKYMARK has recently completed installation of a new 5 layer micro-embossed cast film extrusion line, with a maximum film width of 2000mm and operational speeds of 400 m/min, that has been specifically designed to support and develop our hygiene & medical film market sectors.

This investment in our future has increased our capacity from 5,500 tonnes to over 11,000 tonnes per annum of cast film; with substantial growth envisaged within the Adult Incontinence, Baby Diaper and Feminine Care markets; with virtually 100% of our business in these sectors is export based (mainland Europe, Eastern European countries, Middle East and North Africa). Our main objective is to supply high quality white, coloured and printed films to both current and new customers and to ensure that Skymark are able to offer continued product developments to meet their needs.

Our manufacturing capabilities include cast and blown film co-extrusion, 8 colour flexographic printing, solventlesss adhesive lamination, bag making, slitting and in house origination team that operate from 3 manufacturing facilities in the UK.
