Job Title: Flexographic Printer - Scunthorpe
Salary: up to £25,000.00, dependant on experience
Payment Period: Monthly
Hours per week: 42hrs - Shifts
JOB DESCRIPTION
This permanent, full time role involves ensuring the efficient, safe and optimum working of your designated printing press in accordance with Skymark procedures.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Suitable applicants for these positions will meet the following criteria:
- Have worked on Flexographic Printing presses for at least 18 months.
- Have Printing experience on Fischer & Krecke UTECO, or similar presses.
- Capable of working within a team.
- The capacity to work conscientiously and to set procedures.
- The intent to join a company which offers a permanent position with long term prospects.
- Methodical approach to new tasks
- Mechanical aptitude
- Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions
- Potential to undergo intensive, initial training
- Reliable
- Have previously worked 12 hour day and night shifts.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
Ideally you will also have the following experience:
- Shift work in a factory or similar environment, including night shifts.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9002 procedures.
- Previous print knowledge would also be an advantage.
