Current Vacancies:
Shift Manager
We currently have a vacancy for the position of shift manager,operating on a 12 hour shift pattern, based at our Leominster site.
The position requires that applicants have the ability to motivate within a team environment, have a strong personality and good leadership skills. Candidates should be able to display a working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
Knowledge of flexographic printing would be an advantage but not essential.
The role would also suit an experienced flexographic printer with good technical knowledge and a desire to move to a supervisory role.
The role will involve managing the production team in order that the daily production plans are achieved within the standards of cost, quality, our ISO & Investors in People accreditations and service to customer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and reporting daily on the teams performance relating to output and quality in all areas and must identify shortfall
areas and advise on corrective action. They must lead by example, become a role model by building on individual strengths and developing their weaknesses I n return we offer a competitive salary, along with a travel allowance scheme, discounted gym membership and subsidised health insurance, additional days annual leave and company pension contributions are also gained as your length of service increases.
